The sales director can easily direct sales provisions and accompany their department in the finalization of their transactions.

The user can instinctively make selections and transfer them directly into Excel©.

Business opportunities can be updated directly from Quick Opportunities

Quick Opportunities allows improved tracking of sales projects by displaying the number of days which have passed in regards to conception dates or deadlines for each opportunity.




Quick Opportunities is completely integrated into ACT! It allows all of the opportunities from ACT! to be displayed in one window. The user can easily manipulate business opportunities by sorting them using all the available criteria in business opportunity management (product, type, finish dates, current business, by commercial viability, conception dates, probability)



The Quick Opportunities interface is very user-friendly. With a quick glance, the complete sales forecast can be accessed following the selection asked for. In addition, the user can easily click and drag the fields that they want to see on their screen.
